to walk, to run, to sit, to lay down, to fly
to talk, to sing, to smile, to laugh, to cry
to see, to listen, to speak, to argue
to learn, to know, to write, to read value
to kiss, to hug, to love, to share
to believe, to trust, to inspire
and when you come into my journey
you and me are still free
doing those things
not alone, but together
so now, ‘i’ becoming ‘we’
and yes, we are (still) free
